I highly recommend not staying here. Poor service, unfriendly staff, and too many self-imposed rules. The WiFi and Telkomsel network are very poor in this area. The hotel and pool areas are extremely dirty.

It's really bad here, from the moment we walked in, there were iron marks on the sheets, no one knew who made them, and then when we checked out, they immediately cut it off, saying we'd iron the clothes. Just think, we're going on vacation, not opening a laundry. Anyone who wants to come here should think twice before being like me and asking us to pay for something that wasn't my fault, that's just a trap.
