I stayed for one night. We didn't have connecting rooms, but we got rooms facing each other. Room 717 was comfortable, but room 716 smelled of cigarettes, even though there was a no-smoking sticker. Luckily, my kids didn't mind. Thank you, Dprima Hotel. Next time I'm in transit in Surabaya, I'll stay here 🙏🙏🙏

I love staying here. Check-in is quick, and there's ample parking in front and back. They also offer irons for rent. The location is also close to restaurants, so you don't have to worry about finding dinner.

I don't know why the service from the guy who was on duty at night was not friendly at all, then in the morning there was a lady going around checking out the rooms but it was really unpleasant to bang on the door (even though I often stay here) and on the 19th to the 20th, the CS who was on duty at night, wow, her glances were like asking for a fight. I was scared. Please improve this in the future.
