The water was given in a teapot with two glasses and not a package, it was not clean and it was dirty, the room did not match the photo on the application, there was no hot water in the bathroom, there was no toothbrush, the intention was to rest but it was not comfortable, what's the point, the room is just spacious capital but not well maintained The floor is dusty

The bathroom smells of urine, there is urine that hasn't been flushed all night, I can't sleep, the sewer smells like dirty sheets.

There is no trash can in the room. No toothbrush + toothpaste. Boiled drinking water, there is dirt + ants. (1 small kettle + 2 glasses. No loss even though they give 2 bottles of mineral water. The sheets are full of dirty stains.

The staff are friendly, thank you very much, but I have booked a standard room which is ready, even VIP & the condition of the room is as good as it is, even drinking water using a water kettle, the old TV is just a display (it doesn't/doesn't turn on) 😂 The other thing is not bad AC, water heater, mattress thx 🙏.

Just booked at 10pm, fortunately this hotel still have room available. The location is quite easy to find and in good location. When we arrived, the reception work fast, send us to the room. Provided 2 clean glass, 1 hotel small soap, 2 towels. Things to improve. Change the bed sheet (found stain and hairs) mop the floor. Add mosquito net at the ventilation. Repair/change the toilet lid. Add door mat in front the toilet.
