The room is clean, but the towels need to be replaced. I requested a hair dryer, but they said they would deliver it, but they still didn't give it to me until I checked out. The TV is still a regular one, not a smart TV, so Netflix, etc. are not supported. The location is strategic, the breakfast menu is not very varied, but it's okay.

Overall, it's okay. The downsides are that the sheets weren't very clean (they had blood-like stains), the bathroom amenities were very limited (only toothpaste and a toothbrush were provided), there wasn't a head cap, and there weren't any slippers either.
