The hotel staff is very friendly, providing complete information. The room is very clean. The bathroom is also clean, complete with hot water and hairdryer. The restaurant has a very varied food, there are salads, gudeg rice, green bean porridge, black sticky rice porridge, fried foods, porridge, pasta, batagor soup, lemongrass fried rice, wedangan, pastries and many more. All the food is delicious!!!
The hotel is close to Malioboro, just walk and you will arrive.

I chose this hotel because it was close to the center of Malioboro and had a room assigned on arrival/early check-in, because I had traveled for 9 hours and was looking for a hotel that provided early check-in. I arrived at 8 am after traveling for 9 hours nonstop and then wanted to rest because I was carrying a small child who was still a baby. Do you know what I experienced? From 9 am until the afternoon I couldn't sleep at all and my child kept crying because he was very disturbed by the sound of an electric drill and the hammering on the upper floor. Can you imagine when you want to rest at a hotel and after a long journey you are very disturbed by the noise. Then I called the receptionist to ask about the noise, what is the solution because I was carrying a small child and a baby and we wanted to rest. And you know what the receptionist answered, "I'm sorry sir, there is no information or paper, and it seems like the work is only until the afternoon." What paper? I was not told anything about this and then there was no solution from the hotel. Then the next morning the same thing happened again, the noise and the hammering. This was very very uncomfortable. The intention was to rest but instead it felt like being tortured by loud noises. I booked 3 rooms here because I brought a large family, only enough for one night and immediately chose to move to another hotel. For a star-rated hotel, the problem solving is ZERO. From my experience, I highly do not recommend staying here.
