The location is ok, the atmosphere is nice but the wifi is really slow and the room is not soundproof so you can hear the sound of the machines, you can hear the shower upstairs, the bathroom is hard to close

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is strategic enough to reach various places. However: The bedsheets and bathroom walls could be cleaned better for a more comfortable stay. Regarding the room design, please provide soundproofing or soundproofing for rooms close to the main road, as the noise from the main road can still be very loud, even in the middle of the night.

Everything is good, except that the water in the shower room is very slow to drain, maybe it is blocked. Suggestion: the water hole needs to be replaced with one that is easy to open, so that if the water is stagnant, it can be opened by yourself without reporting to room service. In addition, the shower needs to be replaced or added with a handheld shower, not just a hanging shower. The hotel staff is friendly, but the suite level room apparently only has 1 bed, the options are 1 large bed (double size), or 2 beds (twin beds). while in the description it says "1 double bed AND 2 single beds"
