Low hotel maintenance for 3 stars hotel, dirty room: bathroom door, hotel door, flush closet water yellow, flush for wash so low, shower area dirty and water pooled, wastafel is dirty, closet dirty and sting … room over all bad 😕. No tissue spare also, dirty glass. So sorry that maybe I will not go back there 😕.

The hotel not clean, specially the bed sheet and the bath room. Anyway, BF menu was good. The room also noisy from voice outside.

The room was dirty. Bathroom water was not worked well. Parking lot was too s. Mall and so hard to get comfort parking.

Good: - Spacious room - Helpful staffs Bad: - Dimly lit room - Bad odor in the bathroom; inadequate cleanliness - 5 mins of hot shower. IMO it would be better to mention this in the reservation page. After all, we’re talking about Bandung which its water is as cold as ice especially after dark. Been to Bandung countless times and stayed in dozens of hotels, regretfully I have to say there are other places that can provide better value for the money.
