The staff were friendly. The breakfast menu wasn't varied but was delicious. The only thing that was really disturbing was the soundproofing. I stayed in room 705. From 2:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m., I heard noises from the side and above, pushing the property. The water heater wasn't hot.

I've been to Gading Serpong several times and I'm sure it's here, besides being cheap, the location is strategic and close to everything. At night, it's really nice to just wander around and watch the cars passing by.

All Good! But I once had a bad experience being told to park far behind because I was using a motorbike, even though I just wanted to leave my stuff first and check in later, but I was still told to park behind, I wanted to be annoyed but I was using a motorbike

The security guard was very annoying. I was in the morning shower and was being banged on and told to move my car. Even though he was the one who gave me a parking spot. Not recommended!
