Excellent service. Even during pick season, the staff is still friendly. More important value from the staff is honest, my daughter left her new cellphone in bed in the morning but when we back in the afternoon it already on the table. Two thumbs. Connecting door rooms are available if ordered from a distance, and making our holidays perfectly.

Expecting very good cleanliness inside the room but out of my expectations. I found many dust and some hair around and under the bed and room was smells moldy (I bought air freshener )
The bottle water looks sterile and has a sticker but I saw a strand of hair stuck in between the bottle cap. Since then I can’t drink that water at all.
The kettle wasn’t work properly.
And towels please no smell🙏🏻

I extended my stay in Bali here because the staff was incredibly friendly and it was easy to get everywhere. There's a pharmacy, Circle K, and motorbike rentals in front of the hotel, a plaza next to the hotel, and the beach behind it. It's a truly strategic location.

The service was great, close to tourist attractions, the location was very strategic and excellent, just right, and the food was delicious.
However, I was reprimanded by the staff because, when I was about to check out, the lobby was full of guests also checking out, and all the seats were taken. So, while waiting for pick-up, I sat briefly in the restaurant near the lobby. I was reprimanded for bringing my luggage to the restaurant seats, even though I only had to wait a short time for pick-up, less than 10 minutes.
Well, that's understandable, maybe that's the restaurant's policy.
Overall, everything was good. I was satisfied with my stay here.

My favorite and best hotel for my little family. I've stayed here several times, and we'll be staying at Fave Hotel again next New Year.
