I've stayed here many times, both for work and family vacations. The rooms aren't particularly spacious, but its strategic location and proximity to Tunjungan Plaza create a pleasant atmosphere. The amenities offered are comparable to other hotels, and the affordable price has exceeded my expectations. And, of course, there are no additional fees. 😁 The staff is also friendly and very helpful.

The receptionist wrote down the wrong room number for us. We tried to enter the specified room with our hotel key card but could not go in, hence the hotel staff who happened to walk past helped us using their general key card. However as we entered in, the room was already occupied by another guest. How horrible! We immediately went back to the reception/lobby area and made a complaint. Their receptionist apologized by saying they made a typo writing down the room number.

The location is great in the city center, but the cheapest rooms have no ventilation at all. The breakfast selection is also limited. The restaurant is in the basement and is incredibly stuffy.

It's a shame the location is great, strategic, but the room's AC is still old and hot. We were told to wait half an hour, but it would cool down, but after another half hour, there was no cold air. When we asked about the service, the answer was that a technician would be called, and it depended on the technician. We chose to check out immediately and move to another hotel. There was no quick solution for us. Hopefully, the room will be renovated and the AC replaced. It's a shame the location is great, but the service and room facilities are lacking.
