Yesterday the AC in my room was not cold enough, then there was a customer who got my room number too, so they were a bit confused. The room was comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, overall it was okay.

comfortable room, hot water is ok
unfortunately free drinking water is outside the room..
the view from the window is nice, the dried up river is very exotic.
breakfast has a variety of food, but if you want an omelet you have to ask the kitchen first...

"The room is comfortable, the staff is friendly", the hotel location is quite strategic near the mall, the ambience is quite comfortable because the hotel is far from the highway so you can't hear the sound of vehicles, unfortunately it's not soundproof so if the next room is noisy it's quite disturbing

Overall the facilities are good, the staff are friendly, it's quite close to the airport, the only downside is the area around the hotel because you have to enter the shophouse complex (there is a parking ticket), and there aren't many mini markets around the hotel, the area is quite closed/remote.

I usually stay at this hotel since 2016, what I feel is the lack of friendliness, greeting from the staff. From year to year, even though the employees have changed several times, they still smile, their friendliness to customers is still lacking. Hopefully it will be input and improvement in the future. The breakfast menu is varied and delicious. For the size of the family room type, it is not big enough and does not match the description. We were provided with 3 single beds, it is a bit risky to bring toddlers.

quite disappointed when I asked for a large single bed room through the application when I checked in, it said that for superior rooms there were only twins, if there were only twins, there shouldn't be a single option. The toilet tap was leaking in the bathroom so the water was stagnant
