The room is hot, the AC needs to be serviced, it's a shame we brought the kids. Breakfast is okay, and the location is close to the river/ditch area, so if you walk around the area, sometimes the smell is unpleasant

The check-in and out process was very fast. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Suggestions for the bathroom, the water flow was stagnant on the side of the door, it seems the floor is not sloping enough towards the water drain. Same as the door card, if possible, get 2, so that if you need to get something from the car, you don't have to look for the hotel staff to help open the elevator.

Nice hotel, but the service is not very satisfying. I checked in at 9.30 pm with a lot of luggage, the security was indifferent as were the hotel staff. The rest is good, the breakfast is delicious with many choices.

Yesterday I booked a family room on May 11-13 during the Waisak holiday and got room 815. First, the door to the room was hard to open/close, a bit stiff, the kids couldn't open it themselves, and it turned out that the bathroom door was the same π Also, please pay attention to the glasses, drinking cups, and water heater. Yesterday they weren't cleaned and there was still water left, probably from the previous room user, so I stayed there for 3 days and 2 nights and couldn't open the glass at all π Oh yeah, for tea and coffee, I only got 1 sachet of each even though I was in a family room π and my stay wasn't just for a day π Hopefully the service will improve in the future π

on the first day of entering the room, the room I occupied was still not very clean, especially for drinking utensils like used and not replaced, the floor also seemed not to have been swept. I hope that in the future the cleanliness of the room can be improved even though the hotel is busy.

The hotel staff are friendly, helpful π€© but when I asked for a room close to each other and a single bed, I got a double bed and the room was far away. The parking lot has no roof, so the car gets rained on. When it rains and winds, the room leaks rainwater, and the water in the bathroom is a bit small. I wanted to order food at the restaurant at night, but I had to wait a while, but it turned out to be out of stock. The sound of the elevator engine could be heard in the room. You can refill minerals because there is one dispenser on each floor. The bathroom door is a bit difficult to close slowly. But so far it's okay. The location is also strategic and safe from flooding.
