Had a pleasant stay at Flat06 Cipete. Both type of room are well designed, they were very comfortable. The best part is the kitchen - they offer vary cooking utilities. But maybe Flat06 needs an improvement on their bathroom. It was a bit smelly. Overall, great! Planning on staying at Flat06 in the near future

A good budget hotel, the sheets were quite dirty so I had to bring my own. The room itself was quite big, and the facilities in this place are okay.

The place is nearby MRT, foods and the service is good. Room also comfort. Only some mosquitoes in my room. Also in rush hours you will hear a lot of motorcycle sound from outside.

The night security wasn't helpful and wasn't friendly. I wanted to go out but my car was blocked by other guest 's car, but the security didn't do anything to help. He left me and continued to SLEEP. Please review your security staff thanks.
