Fortune Mataram Hotels where I stayed were very pleasant clean rooms, good service, friendly employees, located in the middle of the city so it was very easy for my business affairs. My second overnight experience, I got a room on the 3rd floor which was not very clean, with cobwebs. The bathroom faucet leaked making it difficult to use and the toilet was dirty and yellow, as if it hadn't been cleaned again. There was still only one towel per room even though there were 2 people, and there was no bath mat so everything was wet after leaving the bathroom. There were only tissues in the bathroom and there were only a few left. The service was friendly. It was still better the first time I stayed here, I got a room on the 2nd floor. This time it was a bit disappointing, hopefully there will be improvements to the overall cleanliness of the room.

Clean, friendly staff, close to the city center, you can go shopping at Epicentrum Mall, it can be a place to stay for a vacation to Lombok, any destination is suitable for a place to rest, the hotel is good, the price is quite cheap, close to culinary places so if you are looking for food it is not far

We checked in late, thank God there were still some staff who were awake and quickly helped us, even bringing our suitcases to the room because it was difficult to carry the children who were still sleeping, thank you so much. Even though the double bed was full, the twin bed was still able to fit. There are many TV channels, some are for children too. Unfortunately, we haven't had the chance to try the restaurant because we were drooling over the street food near the hotel...next time maybe🙏
