I've always loved this hotel. The pool is comfortable for kids because it's large, the location is close to the mall and the beach, the service is very friendly, especially when providing birthday treatments, they are very intentional and not careless. The cake is quite big and many staff came to surprise my child. Overall, it's satisfying 🫶🏼

Hmmm, the service needs to be improved for customer convenience. When they asked to be woken up at 3 a.m. so they wouldn't miss their flight, they didn't wake them. Even if they asked for takeout at dawn, it would only be ready at 4 p.m., which is very different from the hotels next door. I was a bit disappointed when I stayed here.

When I checked in, there was only one front desk officer, while there were five guests. This made the check-in process take a long time (about an hour). After I asked how many front desk officers were there, I was called by a colleague who then appeared as if he'd just woken up. And, why were we asked to put down a deposit?

It's actually nice. The swimming pool is fun. But you have to deposit 300,000 Rupiah upon check-in. Then, when you check out and get your deposit back, you have to wait for the room inspection. This is what makes it uncomfortable. Because I was in a hurry, it felt like a waste of time.

Late check-in around 2 AM early morning, welcomed by very helpful and friendly staff, very fast check-in to grab the room. I got room 1119, very spacious with a comfort bed and bathroom. I love it so much during my short stay in Gammara Hotel, close to CPI, so I'm going to jog in the next afternoon with my friends. Will be back to Gammara for my next trip to Makassar.

Check in: 1 o'clock until the check in process, I asked for a deposit. Oh, later when checking in at 2 o'clock (I realize that if the hotel is busy, the check-in schedule must follow 2 o'clock, but what I can't understand is why I have to wait until 2 o'clock to make a deposit). Okay, second... I came back at 3 o'clock, eh still said the room wasn't ready... (in front of the reception staff there was a key written 621) after I got angry, eh a split second she immediately said... the room is okay... and the key 621 that was given to me... oh my. I went into the room, eh I wanted to pee... after the toilet cover was opened, eh there were still traces like someone peed, ouch. The bathroom smelled... My first and last stay at this hotel, hopefully others can experience something better than me.

This was my first time staying here, and I was a bit shocked when I saw the room. I got a very short hotel bed, similar to a child's bed, and the sheets didn't have any laundry scent. The bathroom only had a small bar of soap and no shampoo, which I found a bit stingy. I didn't expect something like this in the Gammara class. I don't think it's Gammara, but I'm sorry.

I stayed on the 11th floor. As soon as I got out of the elevator, the smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming. As a non-smoker, I felt incredibly uncomfortable. Especially since I had my toddler with me. This truly made me uncomfortable, and it was a first for me.
