The view of the hotel room that I got was not towards CPI beach so I didn't get a lot of photo spots, luckily there was a swimming pool so I could take photos... but overall the hotel was good and the service was satisfactory.

There is no reception staff who is in accordance with the SOP as a receptionist, no smile, no greeting, meaning not friendly. I lost it, instead of helping to find it, they tried to convince me that the guest was at fault, even the room was blamed hahaha funny. stayed 2 nights, the car registration should automatically be 2 nights, it turned out it was only registered for 1 night, then I was blamed, they said I only registered for one night hahaha yesterday I complained about what kind of problem, they said everything was according to the system, how come parking didn't follow the system automatically for 2 nights. ah basically every day there are things that make tensions rise with the staff and the restaurant staff too, dirty linings piled up and took a long time to be cleaned up, not just my table. the food is delicious, but the Makassar menu variety is lacking, the staff is not quick enough or the spoons and menus are out of stock

I checked in at 12. I was given a key to a room with someone else in it. It was a complete mess, even though it wasn't very busy. It was very traumatic.
