The service is very good, the room is clean and the bathroom is also clean. The breakfast is delicious especially the pancakes. The only hotel I have ever stayed in that has a durian tree and it is bearing fruit. I happened to be given a durian and the durian was really delicious

The superior room, with a request for the top floor, was very satisfying. It had two windows, providing plenty of natural light. The room was neat and spacious, with complete amenities and cool air conditioning. The lighting made the room look luxurious. The only issue was that the glass light in the bathroom seemed to short-circuit on the second day (it flickered). The food in the restaurant was mediocre. It could be improved. The staff were all friendly.

I stayed at Gets Hotel Malang and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was neat, clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view, especially near the pool. The room amenities were quite complete, including a TV. However, there were a few inconveniences during my stay, such as the cable TV signal frequently dropping out, a desk lamp that shorted out, and the hot water in the shower not working. On the other hand, the hotel staff was very friendly and cooperative in assisting and responding to complaints, which went a long way toward making up for the shortcomings.

The location, room and staff are really good.. if you eat, it's also okay.. only the WiFi often doesn't connect.. if you want to work, it's a bit of a hassle.. you have to prepare your own tethering to be safe.. but overall it's fun to stay there

Initially, we got a room with a problem with the Wi-Fi. The staff had tried to fix it several times, but it was still problematic. Luckily, the room faced the main road and the balcony door was broken. Noise from outside came in. They fixed it, but it still didn't work. Finally, we requested a room change, but the bathroom lights were like disco lights, turning on and off. Tired of calling the staff back and forth, we finally accepted the room with all its shortcomings.

Good points: - Comfortable and spacious deluxe room, clean, hot water, mini fridge, and carpeting. - Views of the west side or Batu City. - Comfortable swimming pool with trees along the edge. If you want to swim during the day, it's safe, God willing. - Food is quite complete and delicious. - Delicious penyetan (sandwiched rice) is available in front of the hotel, a good alternative. Points to note: - Location is a bit far from Kayu Tangan, a 20-minute walk. - Parking is a bit tight, you have to valet.
