The location is strategic, close to everything and easy to access, but the soundproofing from outside is very disturbing. The gap in the terrace door is very loose, making the roar of motorbikes and cars very disturbing. I suggest evaluating the gap in the balcony door to improve soundproofing.

A quick 20-minute drive from the airport. The hotel lobby looks great. Check-in was easy enough, even though we arrived after midnight. The room was clean and comfortable. There wasn't much extra floor space to set up our blankets on the floor for the kids to sleep on. Everything was clean.

The parking lot is so cramped...really...the hotel is full of drama. And every time I stay there's always a problem. The refrigerator is broken or the bathroom is clogged or once the receptionist asked for the ID card of the person who booked it because it was a different person at that time, the reason the receptionist said was because they were afraid of room inspections.

The location is right in the middle of the city, the downside when I wanted to check in, the female receptionist on duty was very slow, sluggish, joking around with her friends, even though I checked in after 3 o'clock. There's no reason to wait for the room key for about 25 minutes. It's not clear what the receptionist was doing when she asked so slowly. Please pay more attention. Hopefully, this input will be a lesson for the next time.

The first time I checked in, I was greeted by an unfriendly receptionist, and the service was very slow. When I needed a facility that should have been available, I had to wait almost two hours. When I realized I'd forgotten my wallet and ID, the staff member wasn't very helpful.

We got fairly affordable price, the room is not spacy enough. And most disappointing is breakfast availability, we got in to the restaurant about 08.00 AM, but most of the menu already gone, and the hotel didn't refill it. We only can have some remaining menu, we can't try pasta, we can't try salad, Nasi goreng just a little bit. So the food management for customers I think didn't manage properly.

first time staying at this hotel, sorry the review is in accordance with the condition of the building and the surrounding environment
1. car parking is quite troublesome
2. cleanliness of the parking area needs to be considered (dirty and poorly maintained)
3. the room is not soundproof, noise from the street can be heard in the room (my room is 1517)
4. the room window is broken and has not been repaired.
the room is narrow, but the lighting is quite good. standard hotel bathroom amenities are 300 thousand. the mattress is quite comfortable.
sleep is uncomfortable because the sound from outside is loud in the room. Please pay attention and it seems that this has not been fixed because the guest reviews before me also complained about the same thing

This is my second time staying here, and I'm sorry to say there has been a decline in quality. From the first check in, they gave me a room that had already been booked by someone else (It really didn't feel good for the guest in the room, when I was about to enter the room, suddenly there was a scream from inside the room, because someone had already booked the room). Although in the end the room was changed to a higher type as an apology, but the impression was still not good. The amenities in the toilet had not been replaced, the toothbrush was very dirty. Just to ask for tissue, I had to call twice with a 10 minute interval. Please improve the service.

1. The size of the superior twin room in my own opinion is narrow, so I'm a bit confused about putting in my suitcase and stuff
2. Slippers & towels are given 1, so I have to ask the FO first if I want more
3. The refrigerator is not too cold so it's better not to store food
4. The AC keeps turning off and on as if there's a timer
5. The balcony door can't be locked so I gape a bit
6. Maybe because it's on the 2nd floor, it's noisy from the street and because the view is to the pool, in the morning it's already noisy from the pool
7. The food has quite a lot of variations, but the taste is just standard
8. The parking area is a bit narrow, so if a car is a bit big or long, it's a bit difficult to turn
9. The staff is so far so good, when I reported that there was trouble with the refrigerator, they immediately replaced it with a new one even though it wasn't cold either, also the AC and balcony door were immediately visited by a technician for repairs
10. Cleanliness is okay, no problem
last but not least, Back to the opinion of other people's messages, if I get it, it's not even 500k including breakfast, so maybe for some this hotel is quite good, but for me there are still several points that the hotel management should pay more attention to.
