IDR very nice and quick to serve, breakfast bit disappointed, beef and chicken sausage, i suspect change the brand, taste not like previous my visit and especially beef bacon not delicious at all an bit chewy…., that made very unpleasant mood at all

Hopefully the swimming pool area is sterile from cigarette smoke, because it is very disturbing.

From the moment I stepped into Goodrich Suites, I was impressed by its chic design and warm ambiance. It felt like a stylish urban escape right in the heart of Jakarta. Ambiance/Facilities: The interior was elegant and modern, with artistic decor throughout the hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and smelled fresh. However, the towel was so old and thin(maybe they need to change to the new one) The rooftop pool was a beautiful spot to relax, Food: The breakfast buffet was decent with a mix of Indonesian and Western choices. The pastries were a highlight, but I wish there were more fresh fruit options and a better coffee selection. Staff Assistance: The staff not so friendly and put a smile but kinda helpful, so its ok. Check-in was smooth, and they responded to requests promptly. Room service was polite, though it took a bit longer than expected. Highlights: The room’s city view at night was stunning, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I also loved the boutique feel of the entire hotel — it felt unique and less commercial. Price: For the quality of the room and ambiance, the price was reasonable. However, I expected all amenities to be complete at this price point. Location: The hotel is conveniently located in South Jakarta, close to Kemang and many trendy cafes and restaurants. It’s also not too far from SCBD.

This is my first time staying in a hotel and I had to move because I couldn't stand it. 2/5 experience and will not recommend this to anyone unless they insist. Overall, here are the details: Pros: 1. Close to everywhere and car access is quite narrow 2. Tasty welcome drink! 3. Helpful staff Cons: 1. The bathroom in the restaurant is mopped using a liquid or cloth that is not clean so it causes an unpleasant odor 2. There are so many ants in the urinal in the restaurant toilet, I don't understand how the toilet cleaning system works 3. The room is damp and the AC is already on 4. The water heater in the room smells musty, until I asked for a new water kettle 5. The bathroom window curtain is dirty and rusty If the hotel objects to my review, I am ready to prove it. Hopefully it helps fellow travelers who consider this as a place to stay

The elevator for hotel guests and non-guests can be easily accessed. The elevator to the room should only be accessible with a card. For more secure access

Nice and comfortable hotel. Unfortunately, the towels, bed sheets, and pillow cases were all dirty and had lots of stains. They had to be replaced with new ones.

Everything in the room was perfect, only the bathroom needed some attention to cleanliness and the towels were too thin.

After waiting for a long time, I was only able to enter the room at 14.10. Asked for a city view but was given a bad view. Asked to move rooms but was told to wait another hour. Oh dear, so disappointed.

If you stay here, it's always comfortable, not noisy and suitable for resting.

The pillows are uncomfortable, like they've been thin for a long time, the blanket is also thin like it hasn't been replaced for years, the pillows smell of the sun, they don't smell good, the blanket smells of dust, there's no spoon to stir drinks

It was amazing to stay in this hotel. Very calm and nice cozy place.

Everything is good, friendly staff, delicious food, spacious bed even though it turned out to be a double bed combined. Only there were 2 mosquitoes in my room, but overall everything is good.

There was no line to queue for check in so a guy cut before me and the staff didn't do anything about it. Most of the breakfast menu were cold and there was no napkin on the table.

Overall good experience. Some things we liked: - Spacious bedroom and bathroom, also with baby crib. - Plenty of options on breakfast buffet. Some things we found uncomfortable: - Dripping aircon water from the ceiling. - Bathroom flooring not well tilted, causing puddle. - Parking space is limited.

For the city, it's not too noisy It's just a shame that yesterday the poll was not clean when we stayed. And the gym room's AC wasn't on either, it should be a public facility without anyone visiting, the room should still be cool, especially since the dominant window faces the sun directly. It's okay to stay here, the room is big and quite clean.
