If you need a very strategic hotel in the city center, Grage is the right choice, bestie. The mall is right in front of the lobby, making it easy to find food, from cheap to fancy. There's also a supermarket in front of the hotel. Public transportation passes in front of the hotel, and the address is easy to find using online transportation services. The train station is close, and the transportation pool is also close. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, and security is on duty 24/7.

This hotel is okay, especially because it is located next to the mall so it is very easy if there is a need for shopping, eating, etc. Indeed, the building is old but it is well maintained. The staff are friendly.

This is my second time staying here. The location is close to the mall, which is very convenient if you need to buy something, or find something to eat, etc. I like this hotel, but I have a little criticism, yesterday the sink in the bathroom was a bit clogged so the water took a long time to drain. That's all.

complete room facilities, comfortable room, room service is also okay.
breakfast is quite varied, just for the taste it's just so-so, can't be said to be really good (this depends on each person's taste)
the staff is also very friendly, always greets when passing by. even to small children.
location, clearly very strategic, close to everywhere.
basically top lah.
unfortunately the room doesn't have a balcony, if there is that it would be really cool.
overall, we are satisfied with the service here, thanks....

Everything is good and impressive, I will definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Cirebon, access to Grage Mall and culinary around the hotel is very helpful.
There are only a few concerns to get better improvement.
1. The soundproofing of the room is very lacking, coincidentally there is a family with their children next to the room, their loud voices are clearly heard and the sound of chairs sliding every minute, very disturbing. 🫤🤦♀️
2. The taste of the food is all delicious and varied, only the speed of refilling the food is lacking, when I went down for breakfast around 7.15 am, many types of rice were finished and had to wait a little longer to be refilled. Hopefully there is a special staff who sees if there is a menu that is finished, immediately refill it.

An old hotel with a perfect location near the mall and various culinary delights, friendly staff, standard gym facilities with old equipment, large swimming pool but can only be used after 7 o'clock.

The hotel location is in the Grage Mall area, it is very pleasant. The service is very good and friendly, the rooms are comfortable, the breakfast menu is quite varied. The swimming pool is also large and the water is clear and clean, there is only 1 entrance for safety in the swimming pool. The deepest pool in this hotel is 180 cm. There is only 1 staircase in the pool area, unfortunately the position of the stairs is not around the row of chairs but across from it which is a row of plant pots. The row of pots is quite obstructive to access up and down the stairs. My suggestion, it would be very good if there were stairs there on the edge of the pool where there are rows of chairs for more safety. Overall this hotel is highly recommended :)
