The staff has a quick response and is very helpful. The important thing is the strategic location of this hotel, near the city center, restaurants, and coffee shops for hanging out that can be reached only by foot. When I stay in this hotel, I got a room with a beautiful city view.

Have stayed here several times. This time I got the same room as two years ago when I stayed here too. Same room, same floor, same view from the balcony, like it or like it. Highly recommended for staying in the city center. The service is okay. The food is also okay. Want to find anything easy, want to go everywhere close.

I've stayed here many times.
But this was the first time I was disappointed.
Only at the restaurant.
It started with a drink that ran out quickly after being refilled (they were supposed to drink with a spoon). They only said "yes" twice.
The syrup refill wasn't sweet.
The staff's smile seemed dismissive.
And finally, why do you have to order an omelet here? It feels like they're hiding it. When you order, they say, "Sir, are you going to wait in line?"
They say, "Okay." But then, they give it to a new customer. Don't do that.
Hopefully, things will improve in the future.
