everything is okay and I enjoyed my vacation here.. just input to the admin via WA.. please confirm with the deluxe reception staff with river view then I came to check in at 11 they said full river view and I was given the garden view which is above which is far from the swimming pool, playground, river which is below.. if so I took another type of room which is located below

Thank God, I was blessed to have a comfortable room even though the price was relatively cheap. The bathroom was clean, it looked like it had just been renovated. The sheets and pillowcases were a bit yellow, and climbing the stairs to the room was a bit suffocating, hahaha, but it was great. The kids also enjoyed being able to play in the river.

first time staying at grand cempaka and thank God it was not disappointing, the check in process was easy, the service was friendly, although the facilities were a bit constrained because they were under renovation and it was just right that there was a scout inauguration event right behind my bungalow, it was quite disturbing because the music was full until 00.30 and in the morning their loudspeakers were already playing again, there should be a limit for the event. appreciated for the employees who were alert when I confirmed that my child's belongings were left behind and my husband's bag was missing Thank you, hopefully my review can be used as material for improvement in the future

I ordered this again during the high season of Eid at a price of 600k. The condition of the room is not very clean, as if it was cleaned only briefly, the important thing is that the bed is neat and there is no trash. There are also ants and lots of mosquitoes in the room.
