Overall, this is a good hotel for a budget staycation or a group event. It has a spacious courtyard, ample parking, and a decent breakfast, although not a wide selection, but still worth it considering the low price.
There are some shortcomings with some of the facilities, but I think they're forgivable, considering the affordable price.
The only downside is that if you have a room on the first floor near the pool, be prepared for a lot of mosquitoes.

I recently stayed at a hotel that was completely uninspiring 😅 I had to ask for towels and a doormat… there were no glasses or tea or coffee in the room.
I only won because of the pool view.

Not recommended for a staycation, especially if you're bringing children. The facilities are complete but poorly maintained. Very dirty, the facilities don't work properly, the hot water kettle is rusty, the AC is leaking, the bathroom is very dirty and there's no hot water. The service is friendly but seems to lack basic service and is unprofessional, especially in the restaurant area. The food is not child-friendly; for example, the simple side dishes are too spicy, and there are no eggs.

First, dark hallways, like a rented room, not a hotel, entered the first room, very dirty, like the room was never occupied. Welcome drink, mat and carpet, towels, had to ask first, there was no telephone in the hotel room. Finally, I requested to move, with an additional 200 thousand, I was able to get a "better" room. The room lights were dim, the sofa was very dirty, it was discovered it had never been deep cleaned, the room was spacious, the door and lock were very old, it felt like a test of courage, not staying in a hotel. Checked in on Friday, the children's pool had not been cleaned, the jacuzzi could not be used. Hotel food was mediocre, plain bread, fried rice.

The first and last time
When I first arrived, when I was about to check in, the staff was already having problems with me. Because when I gave my ID card for check in, suddenly my ID card was broken by one of the male staff. Then, after checking in, when I was about to enter the room, the lady at the reception. Yes, he said that later our father's goods would be delivered using a trolley..there were 10 minutes the trolley didn't come..I asked and they said the trolley was still being looked for..at that point I was starting to get emotional..because I brought a big family and I ordered 4 rooms..then after waiting for almost 20 minutes..the trolley didn't come either..while I was already going to go in.the room and rest..because I brought a small child..finally I brought my own things..I entered the room..when I got to the room..I swear the room was dirty..there was a lot of dust..the curtains were dirty..the bathroom was also dirty and the room smelled damp..when we arrived there were no room amenities..so room amenities were given when the guest had entered the room 😁..then I wanted to eat because I was hungry and that was our position in the hotel room..because we ordered online..I tried to borrow a plate and spoon from the receptionist. Hotel (there's no phone in the room, guys).. When I came out of the room, I met the employee.. I asked "Sir, I want to borrow a plate and a spoon." You know what the answer was.. sorry sir, if you want to borrow a plate and a spoon, just go straight to the restaurant.. there I thought.. you're an employee.. you should have said.. okay sir, I'll take you there.. damn
I was told to go straight to the restaurant to borrow.. and when I borrowed you know what else to the gong.. all the hotel spoons looked like spoons from soy sauce and detergent gifts... Duhhh this hotel is no longer suitable in my opinion.. please don't sell it.. I swear this hotel is really damp.. please improve the maintenance.. I feel sorry for the guests who have high expectations.. but when they get there, they're all ZONK.. and please train the employees first.. find competent employees.. don't just work for the sake of it

All the hotel staff were very friendly and responsive.
The room lacked towels, a doormat, and mineral water. I contacted the concierge immediately, and they responded quickly and delivered the missing items. The only thing I noticed was that the doormat was out of stock.
Breakfast had a wide selection, and the taste was quite pleasing to my husband and I.
A little disappointed with the cleanliness of the room.
- The sheets and pillowcases were a bit wrinkled.
- The walls were dusty.
- The bed still had hair and leg hairs on it, and there was some tissue waste.
- There was cigarette ash on the floor near the window.
- There was hair scattered around the bathroom and some tissue waste.

Overall, everything was okay and comfortable. The cleanliness and maintenance around the hotel could be improved, and fogging is recommended due to the mosquito infestation. Other than that, it's a safe, quiet stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Overall, everything was okay and comfortable. The cleanliness and maintenance around the hotel could be improved, and fogging is recommended due to the mosquito infestation. Other than that, it's a safe, quiet stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The atmosphere is nice, the food is also quite good, but when it rains heavily it often leaks and there are several spots with lots of cobwebs, hopefully it can be better in the future.
