The first day I checked in, the room was on the 3rd floor. But on the 4th floor of the hotel the building was right above my room. It turns out that the hotel is only 50% ready, I don't understand why a hotel that is not 100% ready for business can still be used or remains open. The soundproofing of the room was so annoying that I could hear knocking above me, people and children screaming into the old room because all the rooms were booked. Day 2, the room faced the sea view, but at 8 in the morning there were workers polishing the floor until late at night, the sound was like a vacuum cleaner, it was extraordinary! the only good thing is that the breakfast is delicious, apart from that everything is bad, starting from the dirty hotel environment, rubbish and rubbish on the highway beach. The nature reserve charges an entrance fee of IDR 210,000 for foreigners, the racer is another 200,000, not at all worth the price I paid as there are quieter hotels alongside it.

Terlalu worth it stay di sini! Diantara hotel lain yang pernah saya inapin tuh baru cuma di sini yang dari mulai security, pegawainya, reseptionistnya itu ramah puol. Pelayanannya juara say.

Hotel baru masih bersih, lokasi strategis, service excellent, sarapan lengkap dan enak-enak, kolam renang besar dan bersih, ada kolam anak airnya hangat ada seluncuran, disediakan seperangkat alat solat & al-quran, kasur bersih dan empuk, ada sofa bed juga, compliment lengkap ada free snack&pocari sweat, pokoknya akan kembali ke hotel ini lagi jika ke pangandaran 😍🤩
