It is very comfortable to stay at this hotel. This hotel is close to the mall and various facilities in the Pluit Baywalk apartment complex, namely swimming pool; Laundry; Food stalls; Family mart; And so on. With an affordable price, I can get room facilities that have a kitchen, wifi, tv, and hot shower. Sheets, bed covers, soft pillows, toiletries, and towels are also provided. In the kitchen set cabinet, there are even cooking utensils, eating utensils, and dishwashers. The furniture is certainly not new, but it is quite good. It depends on whether or not the occupants can maintain it. Because the concept is an apartment, the room is not provided with breakfast and daily cleaning. We ourselves have to buy food outside and diligently clean up the trash. If we want to throw away the trash, we can collect the trash in the janitor's room or throw it in the trash box in front of the Lower Ground entrance. Initially, we may have difficulty finding the hotel lobby and room, but it will feel easy once we get used to it. The entrance to the apartment tower is guarded by security and the elevator can only be accessed by key/card holders. Therefore, security is more guaranteed. So is parking. Thank you, Grandboutique Inn. Hopefully I can stay at this hotel again.

Just once....the room was full of cockroaches...drinking water was not provided...the toilet was basic...the AC looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. Deposit withdrawals were made difficult. Please review Traveloka's partners again, they only harm consumers and tarnish Traveloka's reputation. Hopefully the management can improve their service and cleanliness.

Not good, not according to the photo, dirty, smelly room. And they don't welcome guests well, even if they want to return it, they will regret it for the rest of their lives, the bed is itchy

Booking from traveloka, voucher already issued, Arrive late, front door was closed, call the hotel, and the hotel says it's full, overbooked. Have to find other hotel in the middle of the night. Terrible!

The room was really shabby.
I booked a room, but I didn't stay because I couldn't see it.
The lights were on and off.
The room wasn't well maintained.
I only managed to sit there for less than 30 minutes, then I left, and my booking money was forfeited.
It was better than being there.

The apartment is crumbling, the towels are torn, and the metal mattress edges are sticking out, making it dangerous to sleep on, especially with small children.
I paid for this apartment, not for free. Please provide a decent bed.
The door is broken and difficult to access with a password. The advert's photos are beautiful, but when I arrive, I find something else.
Please review the damage to the apartment.

Nice place, but the cupboard and small refrigerator are lacking repairs, some hangers are broken along with the TV remote. The TV is on but there are no channels, it says no signal on the screen. I was disappointed, I watched the TV for hours but still no channels.
