Enakan lantai 3 meski kastanya lantai harga promo tapi lebih lapang dan dingin. 3. Kamar bersih, cat bersih, nomor 13 ujung atapnya bata plester selain itu nomor lain atap plafon. 4. Ada kipas ada TV colokan cuma 1 itu pake cabang 3 dan kepake 2 itu tadi. 5. Ada meja ada tong sampah kecil, ranjangnya berdua mungkin sempit dan ranjangnya lebih berasa pegas per nya daripada busa tapi kalo penyuka ranjang keras cocok aja. 6. Kamar mandi bersih tapi tidak ada pompa, jadi air pancuran shower air keran atau air semprotan kloset kecil banget rasanya apalagi lantai 3.7. Parkir ada tapi terbatas sekali. 8. Harga cukup bagus, lokasi bagus jalan pintas ke Batu meski agak sempit jalannya ya. 9. Ada kompor di bawah, ada meja kursi tiap lantai. Simpulannya: Nyaman aja karena bersih dan baru dan kalo suka bed keras tapi harus tahan sama aliran air yang kecil kalau di atas.
