The receptionist was often empty, there were no people coming twice at 11 and 15. After being called, they only came, the room was only cleaned when they wanted to go in, the wait was long (it wasn't clear whether the sheets and bed covers had been changed or not) the bathroom was dirty + water was difficult. At 3 in the morning the electricity went out and the electricity was no longer filled on WA and it didn't respond, the checkout receptionist was no longer there so I forgot to leave my ID.

Hotel staff are not always ready at the front. The room does not provide towels and drinking water. First I got room 209, the bathroom light was off, I complained that the room was full. Isn't it strange that I booked a long time ago but a new guest came in and got a room and was given room 206, the bathroom was dirty with lots of hair and soap wrappers remaining. The room ran out of tokens and had to use WA to notify the receptionist.

The light bulb broke without a technician available, there was no water, the receptionist was not in place so there was a long wait at check-in. Until check-out, you didn't shower because there was no water.

Keunggulan: 1. Lokasi dekat dari bandara cuma sekitar 7 menit dengan kendaraan umum. 2. Lokasi mudah di temukan. Kekurangan: 1. Receptionist tidak standby di lobby jadi waktu saya check in harus mencari staffnya dan menggedor salah satu kamar karena staff standby di situ. 2. Ada kecoa di toilet kamar. 3. AC kurang dingin. 4. Tembok kamar terbuat dari tripleks. 5. Saat check out jam 5 pagi staff juga tidak ada di lobby jadi pada akhirnya hanya meletakan kunci di kotak penitipan kunci. 6. Fasilitas di aplikasi (antar-jemput bandara) ternyata tidak ada (tidak tersedia) di hotel. Jadi tetap harus menggunakan taxi online. 7. Air di toilet kamar kurang lancar alirannya

Booking a twin bed room, until the location is not suitable, but that's okay, it's clean enough, asking for a bathroom mat isn't there, it's being laundered, he said, so from the start of check-in (24-27) there's no floor mat, the sink seeps (leaks when the faucet is turned on) ), the rest is ok, thank you.

The hospitality given by the owner made me feel at home! It was very good when I stayed there. The location is close to the airport and quiet from the frenetic city. Suitable if you have an early morning flight because only 5 minutes to the airport.
