The location is perfect. Its in the main area of kuta near to many restaurants and stores but it is also not crowded. The room is clean, quite and the air con works well and don't forget, there are lockers for all. The bad side is only there are no warm water.

I regret to express my dissatisfaction with the establishment due to an excess of regulations. Additionally, during my visit, I encountered a young worker whose demeanor was perceived as rude. Despite my lack of engagement with her, she persistently responded to my inquiries in a manner that I found unprofessional. Furthermore, I observed that some inventory items were damaged, and I am uncertain whether they will be promptly repaired. Until these issues are addressed and resolved, I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment.

Price very affordable for the location, very strategic hostel dormitory, near to minimarket and few food stall. Its easy to find any of your need. Wifi not to fast but okay. The rooftop quite good even the bar is closed. The facility quite nice, you will got bath towel and locker for your luggage.

So noisy with the fix pipe around 1AM and 5AM in the morning. How the Owner fix pipe when the guest still sleep! Water are smells so stink/water smells very bad on the shower even on the westafel. They give towel when you check in and when you check out they ask you to bring back the towel come on why didn't say it after check I or when you give the towel! Waste time.
