The hotel staff is friendly and helpful during check in and check out. The room is quite spacious with complete and good facilities. The bathroom is clean, hot and cold water works well. The hotel location is strategic, easy to go anywhere and find food. Free gym and indoor pool facilities. Next time I will stay here again if I go to Batam.

Old hotel = bigger space

Sorry, I'll give a little assessment. From the sheets, they are not suitable for use, the towels are dull in color, not like hotel towels, and the walls are already rotten 🥲. From me, I like to stay there because it's quiet, not noisy. The minus that I commented on is hopefully in the future it won't happen like that again, it will be better.

Sorry, I'll give a little assessment. From the sheets, they are not suitable for use, the towels are dull in color, not like hotel towels, and the walls are already rotten 🥲. From me, I like to stay there because it's quiet, not noisy. The minus that I commented on is hopefully in the future it won't happen like that again, it will be better.
