best value for money. booked 2 rooms for 6 persons, I really like the way they set up extra bed for 3rd person which usually missed by other hotels. the view is amazing, they have direct access to the beach. swimming pool is very entertaining as they have a lot of water sport (basketball, volley, slide). breakfast is vary and delicious. I spent un several chain hotels in Bali and I can say this is the best so far

I tried Hilton Bali for 1st time, and it was very good indeed, but It could've been better if not for their service. Despite quiet location, clean and comfort room, we were very let down by the service. First, there were only 1 bath towel in the room, and the amenities are not up to Apurva 's standard to be honest. So we had requested for additional towel, which they delivered 2-3 hours later, even though I had made the request 2 times (in space of 30 minutes). It is NOT a 5-star standard. Hilton should make an regular check for their staffs’ performance. I have to note that the staff who delivered the towel to us was very apologetic. I didn't know what actually happened: did the front desk didn't deliver the message or they were short of staff to deliver it to our room. The only things my son like it better than Apurva is that their lobby is much nearer to the room 🙏🏻.

Check in took long time to just provide 1 room from 2 rooms I booked. After complaining, they gave us room, and you know what? Different from what we booked! And top of the top of their already bad service, the room is broken! The floor is covered with condensed water! Thank you so much Hilton for this low service

The hotel is great for a family stay. Well maintained gardens and swimming pools, excellent service and the restaurants. The food is labelled with allergens, which makes it easy for people with food allergies like gluten intolerance. The hotel is located away from everything and a short ride is required to get to the closest supermarket or shopping centre.

Staffs are friendly and helpful, rooms are great, spacious and clean, but amenities are incomplete, no razor provide. Jacuzzi water not clean.
