The location was just perfect, a few minutes away walking from Monas and the Old Town, really well connected to local transport and easily accessible by cabs and GoCars, with shopping malls and trade centers around the structure. The swimming pool was very nice and despite not having exactly the room we requested, we were upgraded as soon as we did the check-in to a suite instead, which was an unexpected positive twist to our visit. That's one place we will definitely get back to when visiting Jakarta again.

Everything was perfect :) The room was clean, the service was excellent, and the location was strategic with direct access to the mall. Most importantly, the staff were friendly and very helpful, especially the Duty Manager, Ms. Rika, and Ms. Ranti.

I stayed at Holiday Inn Gajah Mada for 1 night only for a short staycation with my family. The hotel is surrounded by many restaurants and shops. Check-in was smooth, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Our room was very spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was super soft, and the bathroom was spotless. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the in-room coffee maker. The pool area was clean, and the fitness center was well-equipped. We had breakfast at the hotel in the morning, and it was delicious—a good variety of options, including fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area. It’s a great value for the price, and I definitely would stay here again on my next staycation!

My always comeback hotel for sure, and there's always improvement for the services in every area, always felt coziness and homey when staying here from the room, amenities, services, the pool (my kids always their pool), the food, everything is perfect. Had a great time here! The staf was super friendly,, the bed was so comfortabel and the breakfast was extraordinairy. Expecially Jimmy welcomed us every morning with fresh juice. What a great guy! They make you feel noticed and do everything for you to enjoy your stay Here. Would come back here and recomend to friends!

Holiday Inn Gajah Mada standard room is quite spacious and very comfortable, clean and the bed is also very comfortable to sleep. Request for additional pillows and blankets is also served in a friendly manner. I will definitely stay again at this hotel
