Again, I forgot to take the pictures but do not worry because everything is exactly the same as the photos they were showing you in this application. The service was awesome. As always. The housekeepers are friendly and ready to help you. The receptions are helpful. In short, this is the immediate choice for me whenever I travel to Jakarta.

The hotel was clean and very comfortable during my stay. There was a mini fridge in the room which was very helpful to keep drinks/foods during your stay. What I love the most is the shower, it was really nice.

the room looked exactly like the photos, it's clean and comfy, fast internet, hot water, tv channels, everything is fine 👍 They provide us with refill-able water to minimize plastic bottle it's so near from Grand Indonesia & Plaza Indonesia, and there is The Harvest right beside the hotel the corridors was quite hot but the ac inside the room cold enough

Too much enjoy having good experience here with my husband. Near his work place and the hotel have a good view of metropolitan city. Sunday morning we enjoyed walking in Car Free Day. We had a delicious breakfast and because we had early morning flight the hotel staff gave us meal for travel. And I love so much for the room that so clean. Thank you holiday inn express for the service. We will back stay here again.

I'm always impressed when staying at Holiday Inn. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. The air conditioning was cool, the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the service was good and satisfying. The breakfast was also quite delicious. I'll definitely stay again 😍

I came here for a work event. I was on duty and still breastfeeding. The staff were friendly. They were available for any help and were very helpful. They even managed to store breast milk in the freezer for four days, and they were very helpful. Thank you so much. It makes things easier for working mothers who have to travel out of town. :))

The hotel is comfortable, but it's not very comfortable because the room is connected to the next room. So we can hear each other from the next room. And I'm disappointed that my request for a city view wasn't heeded. Apart from that, everything is okay, especially the complete breakfast.

The staff is friendly and the food is delicious, but the room cleanliness is very lacking. The line is dirty, the carpet with a lot of stains, every corner of the room is dusty, the refrigerator is not working & dirty. Walls with a lot of stains and finger marks.

Honestly, I chose Holiday Inn because I was looking for a room with carpet, but it turned out I got a room without carpet because I wanted to pray so it would be soft, but the hotel was very clean, the breakfast was delicious, and there were lots of foreigners staying there, hehe. Best of luck to Holiday Inn, and God willing, I'll stay again.

Please improve the service. It's true that check-in should be at least 2 pm, at least by the second set, the room should be ready. We waited until 4 pm, and the room still wasn't ready. It's annoying to wait, tired and needing rest, and the room hasn't been ready since 2 pm. Since people check out at 12 pm, how can one room take three hours to clean? Please improve this.

First experience staying at Holiday Inn Jakarta because I had work, but I also brought my family to stay and we arrived at the hotel around 13.30, but it turned out that the room was ready..usually in other hotels check in can only be done after 2 pm..
The breakfast provided was also delicious and varied..the staff were friendly and helpful..
It's just that the carpet in the room was dirty with lots of spots and still dusty..Maybe more attention should be paid to the cleanliness of the carpet, especially for guests who have allergies like us..
Overall we were satisfied and will definitely choose to stay at Holiday Inn again next time.

The room lighting and lamps are very dim and should be brighter, especially for senior citizens and families with young children. Consider using brighter bulbs. The bathroom floor is slippery, and there's no hand bidet. It also lacks a water hose for ablution, making it not Muslim-friendly. Breakfast was rather bland and lacked variety, not as good as it used to be.
On the bright side, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
