Been to Jakarta a few times for work, and Holiday Inn Express Wahid Hasyim has been my go-to spot when I need something quick, clean, and well-located.
The hotel isn’t trying to be flashy, but that’s what I like about it — it’s practical. You check in, get your room, and settle in fast. No fuss. The staff are friendly and helpful, and that helps a lot, especially bila sampai penat after meetings or flight delay.
Location wise, memang best. Right in the middle of town — jalan kaki je to Sarinah, Grand Indonesia, cafes, even MRT. Kalau you’re the type who wants to mix business and chill time, this area really works.
Room dia compact but well-thought-out. Bed comfortable, shower okay, Wi-Fi stable — all the basics covered. And I appreciate the Express Breakfast — nothing over the top, but ada nasi goreng, eggs, kopi… cukup to start the day.
Overall, for a short business trip or even a quick staycation, this hotel delivers. No drama, no nonsense. Just a solid, reliable place that does what it promises.

Again, I forgot to take the pictures but do not worry because everything is exactly the same as the photos they were showing you in this application. The service was awesome. As always. The housekeepers are friendly and ready to help you. The receptions are helpful. In short, this is the immediate choice for me whenever I travel to Jakarta.

Assisted with check-in, if I'm not mistaken Mr. Yuan, masyaallah tabarakallahu was very patient in booking us 8 rooms, really looked for a suitable room even though we were fine if the smoking room only got 1. Very patient and meticulous, even 1 room was upgraded. The hotel is comfortable and clean. It says 22m2 but the layout is good so it's spacious for praying, comfortable without bumping into the bed. The bathroom is okay, spacious, the water doesn't smell and is fast. The elevator is spacious enough to fit a lot of people, totally forgot to take a photo... The room is soundproof, even though it's on the side of the road it's not noisy. Overall, satisfied with staying at Holiday Inn Kebon Kacang. Success, yeah

I'm always impressed when staying at Holiday Inn. From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly. The air conditioning was cool, the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the service was good and satisfying. The breakfast was also quite delicious. I'll definitely stay again 😍

from all okay, before 10 o'clock we were already packed, I had breakfast and went down at 9.45 and quickly packed up, this is the first time I had breakfast at a hotel and it was like I was being rushed for breakfast haha

I came here for a work event. I was on duty and still breastfeeding. The staff were friendly. They were available for any help and were very helpful. They even managed to store breast milk in the freezer for four days, and they were very helpful. Thank you so much. It makes things easier for working mothers who have to travel out of town. :))

The hotel is comfortable, but it's not very comfortable because the room is connected to the next room. So we can hear each other from the next room. And I'm disappointed that my request for a city view wasn't heeded. Apart from that, everything is okay, especially the complete breakfast.

The staff is friendly and the food is delicious, but the room cleanliness is very lacking. The line is dirty, the carpet with a lot of stains, every corner of the room is dusty, the refrigerator is not working & dirty. Walls with a lot of stains and finger marks.

Honestly, I chose Holiday Inn because I was looking for a room with carpet, but it turned out I got a room without carpet because I wanted to pray so it would be soft, but the hotel was very clean, the breakfast was delicious, and there were lots of foreigners staying there, hehe. Best of luck to Holiday Inn, and God willing, I'll stay again.
