I stayed here for 3 days, from the beginning when I checked in I was impressed with the friendly receptionist and the clean and tidy place. I was also served very well, until when I entered the room I was even more impressed with the neatness and facilities offered, everything was clean and tidy, the bathroom was very comfortable, the AC was super duper cold, the hot water also worked well, until we accidentally damaged the facilities a little and the hotel responded very well and friendly. It is very super recommended to stay here, I will subscribe here every time I go to Batam. Thank you to the hotel 🤝 continue to provide good service 🤝

Recommended for those of you who want to find cheap but comfortable and clean accommodation. The location is behind the grandmall, if you want to go to the mall, just walk. Access to anywhere is easy. The owner is very friendly. You should try staying here, guys.
