I always stay at the Horison Hotel Sukabumi every month unless the rooms are full. My membership in the app is platinum, and I'm most reluctant to be asked to show my ID, as I've stayed here more than once or twice. The computer system certainly records my personal information, and higher-level memberships certainly confirm this. Yesterday, on November 2, 2025, I was asked to show my ID. My advice is to get to know the customer, even mention my name, as a 3-year platinum membership holder should be an example. They look at the system and see the membership. That's my input for Horison. Hopefully, it will improve and perhaps apply to loyal Horison customers.
