Overall we have quite a good stay. Just kind of dark on the hallway. Breakfast place can improve with brighter lightings. Room quite of but need improvement on the bathroom.

Booked 3 rooms, check in took quite a long time until we left first. Of the 3 rooms, one of them had a blocked water supply and smelled of iron but when I reported it to the officer, they immediately responded by replacing it with another room. My assessment for the officer was very helpful. The hotel looks old but clean, the hot water shower works well but the bathroom door is difficult to close tightly, for the food, my suggestion as a visitor is to pay more attention because the food is very unappetizing because the fried rice looks not fresh, the little fried chicken is also very hard as if it has been fried many times, it is better to just have rice with omelettes and sausages which are practical but look decent.

Arrived the room was not ready, waited for about 30 minutes. Ordered 2 rooms but separated, 1 on the 2nd floor, then offered a room with a broken toilet, they said a bucket was provided to flush the toilet. Seriously, I ordered the highest type of room, why was I given a room like that. Complained asking to change rooms with the excuse of full, they said I ordered the highest type of room then moved to another room. But yeah, the cleanliness is very lacking. The bathroom had stains on the floor, it turned out there was a leak in the jet shower. The location of the hotel is good, it's close to everywhere.

for family trip, the room is spacious, there are also 2 beds with queen and single sizes. What needs to be considered is the cleanliness of the room, because the floor is not very clean, there is dust hanging on the table, the trash can is also not emptied during makeup. the mat is dusty and not very absorbent, the bathroom door cannot be closed, the window also cannot be closed because there is no latch. the shower is broken so water sprays everywhere. parking is also limited, if there are many guests, parking must be parallel and be prepared to be called if their car covers another car. oh yeah, the blanket on one of the beds, actually it is a mattress layer but "considered" a blanket 😆 okay then..
