The staff is very friendly and the process of staying and other needs are assisted and guided by the staff patiently and with a smile. The room is quite spacious for its price, and the bed and sofa are clean and comfortable. The TV is ordinary, there is no specific subscription. Unfortunately, there are 'small animals' in the bathroom. However, the extermination is also assisted by the staff. The water pressure is good, but the shower is difficult to direct. The glass, glass lights, and so on in the bathroom work well.

Previously sorry if I gave a bad review but it's a fact 😒 first we Ci got the 3rd floor at 10 am and checked out straight away because the kids were scared. all the husbands saw a ghost in the hallway near the second staircase while taking a shower suddenly the sink faucet turned on by itself even though I didn't turn it on and then the TV had no picture at all aka only a display of limited hot water even though I asked the staff to turn it on for a moment the hot water still didn't work even though I was sick and had to take a hot shower when I was in the back parking lot my son got goosebumps saying he saw something 😱 immediately rushed out of the hotel never. again to this hotel LG 😒 the photo and the real thing are not at all
