Comfortable room, cool AC, hot water runs smoothly, calm atmosphere can relax while drinking coffee in front of the room there is a small table and sofa to relax, friendly staff helpful especially security and in the restaurant super duper helpful.. minus the smell of sewage in the bathroom must be checked regularly + wifi in the room and on the TV is super slow especially at night other times ok and always staycation from 2014 until now.

In my opinion, this is a really worth it hotel, because it is nice, clean, the staff are very friendly, the swimming pool is clean, and it is close to Jatim Park, Batu Square, Lippo Plaza, and in front of the hotel there are lots of stalls selling things that are currently viral in Batu City, Malang.

The staff are all friendly. The restaurant has a wide selection of delicious menu items. The Deluxe Pool View bedroom is very large, clean, 32m2, with two king-size beds (not twins), complete amenities, and a clean bathroom. This Deluxe room was recently renovated. I'm very satisfied.

Of the many times I've been to Batu, I think this is the hotel with the largest room and the largest bed, even though I chose a superior room, I got a large bed and a large room, so it was comfortable for us to spend the night with our teenagers, the food for breakfast was also really good, the staff service was friendly, although to eat we had to queue first because of limited space, maybe because it was the weekend, so the visitors chose to have breakfast at the hotel. But everyone was satisfied with the taste and the menu served, this can be repeated here when there is a schedule to visit the cottage again, thank you, later with an affordable price, hopefully we can get a room with a cool view😍

For those looking for a hotel with 2 King Beds in 1 room, this is a recommendation. With friendly staff and a fairly diverse breakfast menu. Unfortunately, perhaps because I chose a superior room with a balcony overlooking the car park, it was a bit noisy with the music playing in the mall in front of the hotel. But after 9/1/2 to 10 pm, it stopped. The swimming pool was quiet and very clean because there were staff cleaning it all the time, so it felt like having a private pool. Next time I go to Batu, I will definitely choose this hotel for my accommodation.

The room is spacious and clean, but my bathroom sink has a slight leak, so there is water pooling when used. Hopefully, they will pay attention to that in the future. That's all, everything else is okay, it's fun, thanks, new paradise.
