The AC is not working, I wanted to complain by calling so I didn't have to go down to the receptionist but they didn't pick up, so in the morning when I wanted to leave for a while, I complained to the receptionist and they said they would fix it, but when I returned to the hotel the AC still wasn't working at all.

Ok, tempatnya strategis. Pas check-in hari ini diberi kamar di lantai 1 yang sudah mirip kayak pos satpam. Terus minta kamar yang lain, ok, disuruh tambah 50rb per malam. Ok dong. Diberi kamar di lantai 3, dengan lorong gelap, tak ada penghuni lain. Ok, kamar lebih lebar tapi bau banget, kayak bau apek, lembab! Terus kita minta handuk, katanya masih dicuci. Ok. Kita minta pindah ke lantai 2, sudah FULL dan ada sisa kamar yang masih perbaikan. Di depan pintu masuk, ada tulisan bahwa tempat ini belum bayar pajak. Cakeppp…. Gimana ya? Kecewa banget. Ga bisa refund, padahal tempat dan servis ga layak. Ini pantas sih dapat bintang 1. Sorry but not sorry. Ini kejadian tanggal 15 Juni 2025.

The AC is cold, the hot water works well, the cable TV and Wi-Fi are really great, but when I sleep I get itchy, maybe the sheets or bed cover are not clean enough or what. Hopefully it will be fixed for better service.
