The location is strategic, with coffee shops on both sides, plenty of culinary options, clean rooms, and a great view from the 5th floor. The price was quite reasonable considering I stayed during peak season.

The hotel is clean, the bed is comfortable, but the bathroom handle is broken and hasn't been repaired, it seems it's been broken for a long time. Everything else is good... the staff and security are friendly. Highly recommended if you're staying in Garut.

I had a great stay! The breakfast was tasty — especially the fried banana, it was really good. All the staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I just hope the cleanliness in the restaurant area can be improved a bit.
Overall, it was a nice experience, and I’d definitely love to come back again

Strategic location, easy, clean room, stable hot water, comfortable mattress & pillows, friendly & fast staff, relatively cheap price. Because I requested a room downstairs, the car park in front of the room was guarded when I went out for a while. Overall everything is okay, God willing, I will come back again
