Nice hotel, clean and large room. Great value. Location in the main street and easily to park the car. But perhaps parking facility can be upgraded more. And add the pool would be great too.

Once a month I go to the Dafam Pacific Caesar Hotel because I have treatment at the Mitra Keluarga Kenjeran Hospital, which happens to be very close. Everything is okay, the food, service, and cleanliness. Hopefully, things will get better in the future...

The only downside is that the parking area for two-wheeled vehicles doesn't have a roof, so during the rainy season, vehicles can get wet. Overall, everything is fine.

The room was large and clean enough. However, the room had a musty odor, which you could smell every time you entered. The room wasn't soundproof and was very noisy when the hotel was busy. Overall, it was quite good for a 3-star hotel. Hopefully, it will improve in the future.

I booked in advance and requested a non-smoking room, but when it was time to check in, I got a smoking room. The excuse was that the non-smoking rooms were already full. 😄 The AC wasn't cold enough, and it also had a musty smell from cigarette smoke. Hopefully, this will be a point of improvement for service quality.

The bathroom with the lower shower couldn't be used, hehe I couldn't be bothered to complain so I just left it, because we usually use it for ablution. In the end, I used the upper shower. The food was really delicious, the green beans were a bit sour. Everything else was delicious. The room had a pleasant atmosphere. There was a table for a laptop so it was comfortable. It was close to culinary spots so it was easy to get out of the car or walk. I didn't have to wait long to check in either. The towels were a bit black, so it would be better to rinse them with water so they would shine again.

Okay for going to UNAIR or ITS. Affordable price, good breakfast. But because of the heat in Surabaya, you can't check in straight away when you enter the hotel, you have to wait a while.
