Nice hotel, friendly staff and excellent service. Retro aesthetic rooms, clean and modern, clean bathrooms, unique and kids friendly lobby, complete and quite tasty breakfast. We stayed for 2 days and explored many of the hotel facilities, the zoo and park were good. There are some cute animals, the swimming pool is clean. Next time will come back again

Overall, it's fun because it's very kid-friendly. However, there are a few things that are still under repair, so they can't be used to their full potential. The children's train at the top is broken, although it can be transferred to another ride. And the swimming pool is also still under repair, so the shower area isn't fully cleaned.

Pros: Clean, playground, staff friendly with children, complete facilities, excellent service, plentiful and varied food at no extra cost, complete amenities.
Cons:
1. The mattress is flimsy, so there's a fear of it breaking.
2. The receptionist initially ignored me, so I had to wait quite a while.
3. The water when flushing the toilet is quite dirty, with some of it being brownish. It makes me wonder if the water in the shower is the same. Although the water is sometimes clean.
Suggestion:
For the comfort of hotel guests, especially those of us with larger rooms, I recommend a mattress without legs, so it's safe to sleep on. Especially in my room, the legs were missing in the middle, so the mattress sagged.
I'm afraid if it breaks, I'll blame the customer, even though the quality is really flimsy.

Pros: Clean, playground, staff friendly with children, complete facilities, excellent service, plentiful and varied food at no extra cost, complete amenities.
Cons:
1. The mattress is flimsy, so there's a fear of it breaking.
2. The receptionist initially ignored me, so I had to wait quite a while.
3. The water when flushing the toilet is quite dirty, with some of it being brownish. It makes me wonder if the water in the shower is the same. Although the water is sometimes clean.
Suggestion:
For the comfort of hotel guests, especially those of us with larger rooms, I recommend a mattress without legs, so it's safe to sleep on. Especially in my room, the legs were missing in the middle, so the mattress sagged.
I'm afraid if it breaks, I'll blame the customer, even though the quality is really flimsy.
