5 days staying at this hotel, the hotel location is close to eating places, in front there is a large supermarket, the room is not soundproof (chairs moving, cellphone vibrations on the table in the next room can be heard and wakes you up at dawn)

A few years ago, I was happy and satisfied with this hotel's service, but now I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights and only used it for 1 night because the shower water tasted like moss. Hopefully, this will be a concern and improvement for the hotel management.

when I first arrived the staff was not friendly, I asked for a non-smoking room as I wrote in the application but the staff just kept quiet.
I have given a note when booking a room requesting a non-smoking room but when I entered I smelled cigarette smoke + there was an ashtray which fortunately was empty.
the hotel is not professional, the towels are already dirty and yellow but are still used.. at least the edges of the towels should be tidied up and washed clean so that they are suitable for use by hotel guests.
the hotel also does not provide a drinking water heater, no coffee, tea, and sugar.
the toiletries are only toothbrushes and toothpaste, no shampoo and soap.

From the beginning of check-in to check-out, the hotel staff always served us with a smile and were polite, plus the clean room made us feel like we were at home, the parking was also great.

when I first arrived the staff was not friendly, I asked for a non-smoking room as I wrote in the application but the staff just kept quiet.
I have given a note when booking a room requesting a non-smoking room but when I entered I smelled cigarette smoke + there was an ashtray which fortunately was empty.
the hotel is not professional, the towels are already dirty and yellow but are still used.. at least the edges of the towels should be tidied up and washed clean so that they are suitable for use by hotel guests.
the hotel also does not provide a drinking water heater, no coffee, tea, and sugar.
the toiletries are only toothbrushes and toothpaste, no shampoo and soap.
