The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. Upon entering the room, there was an issue with the toilet flush not working, and it was immediately resolved. What made me move was the room wasn't very spacious. I booked a single bed and was given a double bed due to availability. The room wasn't soundproof, so conversations in the neighboring rooms could still be heard, which was disruptive.

The service is quite good, there is a drinking water dispenser on each floor, the room is quite clean even though the lights are not bright enough, the towels arrived late, only 1 pair of sandals, ordered 1 bed but suddenly changed to 2 beds, the soundproofing is not good because I heard the girls in the next room making noise.

Some parts of the hotel appear to still be under renovation. The rooms are clean and quiet, but a bit cramped, with poor lighting and a weak air conditioning. Access is easy and close to everything in town, but parking is limited. Wi-Fi speed is adequate.

The price is really backpacker. Close to everywhere from the city center. But the room facilities do not match the list of facilities. There is no hairdryer, and no mini fridge. We even had to ask the receptionist first before being given a hairdryer. The water is not hot, the sink faucet is about to come off. There is a lot of dust from the ongoing renovation. It would be better not to open it, rather than being messy, unable to meet customer needs.
