The shower floor sloped against the floor drain, causing water to pool in the bathroom when showering because it couldn't drain. The bathroom became extremely damp and uncomfortable to use. This was the worst experience for a hotel of this class and price. Many of the room's furniture was also cracked and poorly maintained.

A decent hotel for its price in downtown Jakarta. The only downside is the toilet exhaust, which is nearly useless because it's so small that any odors from the toilet can't escape.

I stayed 3 nights at the Neo hotel, planning only 1 night because I wanted to see the condition of the hotel (mainly room cleanliness, hotel location, food), finally I extended to 3 nights (not moving to another hotel) because I suited the Neo hotel. The hotel location is very strategic, many culinary places near the hotel, so it can be reached on foot, the room condition is clean, only the noise outside the room can be heard inside (not soundproof), the front office service is good and friendly.
