Hotel O Alfa Guest House

I had already booked and paid for 4 days and 3 nights at OYO Alfa 387, but on the second day the water was off because the tank broke...in the end I was forced to take a shower at the mosque across the street, the TV in the room was off, there were no hangers in the room, and the towels were not replaced...in short, it was terrible.

I was worried because all the reviews were bad, haha, but it was my own fault for not researching the hotel well in advance, so I was forced to stay here. Here are some notes: - The location is on a village road, not in the BSD area. - You get what you pay for. - The room is a bit spacious, and as soon as you open the door, you'll immediately smell the fragrant aroma of humidity. - The AC is cool, though you have to wait about 5 minutes. - The bed is still comfortable, so you can sleep comfortably if you straighten your back. The pillows are soft, and even though the pillowcases look like they haven't been ironed in two centuries, they don't smell. - The floor in the room is pretty clean, though the trash can is very dirty. - The bathroom smells of urine. The water in the toilet is safe for cleaning, and it flows quite well. - The hot water is very good, there's a trickle, and it's quite warm. However, if you switch the faucet to shower mode, the water only drips. If you use the regular faucet, it's enough. You just have to bring a dipper and bucket to collect it from home, as the hotel doesn't provide any. - The hotel's surroundings are pretty basic, clean enough for the price. - Thankfully, the staff were nice and had good communication. Check-in at 10 PM was free, but you only have to pay for parking. 15 thousand The photos of the room and bathroom are the most recent updates, room 213, which I only stayed in for 4 hours.

Bad accommodation, unprofessional, we arrived but there were no rooms (sold out), even though we had booked well in advance and paid, we were transferred to another accommodation but with additional costs.

Not recommended. Check in at 10 pm. This is the first time checking in there is an additional fee of 50k cash (not a deposit). With the excuse that checking in is too late at night. Strange.

It's pretty good for the price, still worth it

The service from the receptionist is not friendly to the guests. The AC is not cold, the room is not soundproof. The bed is noisy.

The right place in the application is friendly and the service is appropriate

1. Customer service has no ethics. We complained because the room key couldn't be opened for 15 minutes and instead it was stuck. 2. Ugh, it's disgusting, lots of dust. 4. The female waiters who serve in the morning or the male waiters at night don't help with complaints from guests. Instead, they act indifferent and don't care. There was even Cici-cici there, instead of helping to ask about the problem, she just kept quiet, this inn is weird
