Palsu, pembohongan. Saat check in ternyata pihak hotel tidak menerima yang booking melalui aplikasi karena sudah tidak bekerja sama dengan pihak aplikasi.

Cleanliness should be improved again. The sheets are changed. Provide new towels, not yellow ones that are still in use. The bathroom was also cleaned. Too much moss and bad smell.

The room is dirty, not suitable for use as a hotel room, the room is suitable for boarding houses, there is no room ventilation and only a fan is given, the room smells musty from the bathroom, towels are not provided.
