The hotel staff is very friendly and very helpful. The receptionist stays 24 hours and there is a security guard on guard. When I first came here I checked in late, I was only able to check in at 11pm and was still well served. Given a room according to request on the floor. 1. Suitcases and bags were also brought. They provide kitchen facilities with free refills for drinking water in the dispenser. You can also buy food at this hotel which is affordable, because it doesn't provide breakfast. They also have laundry services at quite cheap prices. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the AC is cold, the hot water is on, the shower water is also strong, the toilet flushes are also safe, clean fragrant white towels are provided and the amenities are liquid soap + toothbrush. The service was very good, I left my suitcase to spend the night in Lembang and was allowed one day free, because the next day I continued to stay there again. Trustworthy and safe. Then, when I needed a helmet, I was given to borrow Aa's too. That's very good. Very satisfied! The rooms also match those in the photos

short vacation with family, booked 1 room..we brought 3 children, 1 of whom was still 3 months old, slept huddled together but thank God it was fun hehe, the place was clean, got drinking water, the staff were friendly, the location was in the center of Setiabudi, just walk out of the alley and there were lots of culinary delights, close to Rumah Mode, Cihampelas.

I really enjoyed it here, the first time I entered the room, the room immediately smelled like perfume. The AC was also cold. And there was also hot water for a shower. The room was compact but enough for two people. I really enjoyed staying here.

Very comfortable, clean, close to everywhere. The guards are friendly, the hot water works well. But the only drawback is the blanket is a bit dirty, but overall it's okay for this budget. If asked will I come back? I think so.

didn't have time to take pictures of every part but the point is I'm really satisfied staying here! the place is comfortable, clean, got free amenities, the bathroom is also spacious and the layout is good plus a hot + cold shower. next time if I have the chance to go to Bandung, I might stay there again🫶🏻 oh yeah, the unit can also be used for boarding. unfortunately when I want to buy rice pad kra pao kai (chicken Thai basil) it always runs out huhu

I understand why the reviews of this inn are very good. Friendly receptionist, motorbike parking is always available even though the room is full, clean room, cheap price, strategic location, get toiletries, easy check in and check out.
There are only a few criticisms so that this inn can be perfect, namely the main meal needs to be added with some kind of vegetables. The menu that I really like here until I repeat order is only teh tarik and potatoes.
All rooms have very wide ventilation holes so it feels disturbing if you need privacy
And one more thing, if guests stay more than 2 days, it's a good idea to prepare 2 boxes of toothbrushes.
That's all the criticism, this hotel does provide comfort for me during my 3-night stay.

Room and bedsheets, bathroom are clean. Upgraded for free from the room price we booked to deluxe I think. Bigger room. Fast wifi. But only 2 devices. Clean bathroom. Minus the hot water takes a long time to heat up. But for all the quality and price, the shortcomings are very forgivable.
