The TV was not connected to the broadcast connection and the shower had no hot water. Allowed to move to another room. The TV had a broadcast connection but the AC was not working. The towels were not clean and smelly. The shower was not strong enough. No soap. The sheets were not clean. There was no table.

When I arrived at the hotel, there were a lot of extra charges, like Batman traps, paying for this and that. The sheets and blankets were dirty, and the towels were a bit shabby. I wasn't impressed.

The payment when checking in added a fee but on Traveloka it was stated at the full amount, the towels and soap taken at the reception were not in the room and I gave up here and was very disappointed.

The hotel always throw away your belongings upon your check out the rooms. The housekeeping didn't responsible to guest belongings when you are already check out. I think this hotel not suitable for foreigner who wants to stay in this hotel. I lost may bathrooms kit. My electric for shaving. My golden watch. Sorry. I give for this hotel 2 point out of ten.
