Hotel O Wisma Empat Lima Syariah

I usually never give negative reviews to any inn or hotel I stay at, but this time it seems to have gone too far. We booked a room with a large single bed, but got a twin. The concierge said the room was already occupied. RIDICULOUS. At least we could have been upgraded to a better room, but this time we got a room that was even more neglected...!!! The room was okay, but the 32-inch Toshiba TV was on, BUT NO CHANNEL. So, the TV was just for decoration and didn't work at all. There was no AC remote, so if you wanted to turn the temperature down or up, you had to go outside because the remote was outside, shared with another room. So, for those of you who don't feel like leaving your room or find the AC too cold, be prepared to go outside to get the remote from the front desk. The toilet has a sitting toilet and a shower, but there's no flush button. This means you can't flush your waste. Instead, there's a bucket inside the toilet for manual flushing. Yes, that's right. There's a small bucket inside the toilet for you to flush your waste and urine after you've had a bowel movement. There are no towels in the room, and no soap or toothbrush. The excuse is that they're in the laundry, so those of you who didn't bring towels from home are just resigned to their fate. The hot water doesn't work, there are no towels, and there's no soap either. Wi-Fi is okay, and access to the main road is very close, so you can walk. This hotel is in a state of decline, so you'd be better off finding another accommodation at a similar price, or even a few thousand rupiah more, to get something much more decent. If you're still stubborn, you already know the risks.

This is indeed a cheap inn, but at this price, my experience with other inns is not as good as here. In general, the building is not clean, poorly maintained, the car park is narrow and the location is in an alley. The room situation is more chaotic, when I entered the sheets had not been put on, there were no pillows and so on, the AC had to be turned on with 1 remote for other rooms, so it couldn't be adjusted, the bathroom was dirty, there were no towels, soap, shampoo, the TV was broken, the cupboard was broken, the walls and roof were moldy, the curtains were dusty. Sigh, 1 star

Cheap strategic location, maybe the facilities can be improved further

It's just a shame that the TV is just a display in the room, you can't watch it because it's not digital and it hasn't been set up on the STB, so you just sit in a daze when you're in the room.

Jangan pernah nginap di sini, jelek banget pelayanannya. Saya sudah bayar tapi di tolak dan di bilang penuh.

The receptionist ladies and gentlemen are really arrogant, speak impolitely, keep fast, the room is hot, the AC remote is not given, the room smells rotten, it's really bad, the name is sharia but the service is already rich, it's not worth it, for travelers it's really not recommended to stay at here, that's all and thank you.

Facilities are still lacking, there is no Wi-Fi, there are no standard bathroom amenities, the bed sheets have lots of stains, there are no TV broadcasts, not even an AC remote.

The room is clean, the bed is big, the hot water works well. Very affordable prices, good service.

Kamar sangat bau, pelayan gak pernah standby, dari mau check in sampai mau check out cari-carian, handuk gak ada, intinya pelayanan sangat buruk! Banyak OYO murah lainnya tapi ini buruk.

Very bad service, I managed to order in the application when I arrived at the hotel and it was said to be full. There is no responsibility or response whatsoever regarding this matter. Even tend to blame the application. Very very disappointed with the service.

When I checked in, it turned out that there were no longer available room types. Lights off at 01.00 sktar 30 min. AC is not cold.

No towels, no soap, no hot water.

The owner is less friendly and doesn't like it when we order online, he just wants to order directly.

Can not toiletries, such as soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, toothpaste.

A warm, comfortable welcome, not noisy even in the center of the crowd.
